Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during night operations.
- Assist in the processing and verification of large datasets with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight technical issues.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document processes and create training materials for incoming shifts.
- Participate in weekly intern mentorship and skill-building workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (IT, Business, or Logistics preferred).
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night environment.
