Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite) / New York, NY (Remote)
Shift: Night Shift (Evenings/Overnights)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients during evening and overnight hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues using ticketing systems.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in quality assurance testing for new software releases and system updates.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing high-volume inquiries.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and shift-end debriefings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (must be able to provide proof of enrollment).
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection (required for remote roles).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
