Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of incoming customer orders and data entry tasks.
- Monitor quality assurance metrics to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company protocols.
- Learn and utilize internal software systems for reporting and tracking.
- Provide support to senior staff during peak evening hours.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students are highly encouraged to apply).
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week during the summer.
- Must be willing and able to work Night Shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Mesa office.
