Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team in monitoring and maintaining daily workflows.
- Perform data entry, quality assurance checks, and maintain accurate digital records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets.
- Document processes and create detailed reports for the morning shift handover.
- Support customer inquiries and provide technical troubleshooting assistance.
- Learn and apply industry-standard software tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn new skills.
