Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming data streams with high accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams during night operations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on nightly reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve urgent issues.
- Update and maintain internal databases and documentation.
- Assist in the execution of night shift operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work evening/night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic computer software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
