Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance logs during evening and night hours.
- Provide timely technical support and issue resolution for internal and external customers.
- Analyze data streams to identify anomalies and potential operational risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure 24/7 service continuity.
- Assist in the deployment of software updates and security patches.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate incident logs.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
