We are currently seeking a dedicated Summer Intern for our Night Shift Operations team in Oklahoma City. Responsibilities
- Monitor and Support Systems: Assist in the monitoring of network performance and server health during evening hours.
- Ticket Resolution: Help triage and respond to internal IT support tickets submitted by employees.
- Documentation: Maintain and update technical logs, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Data Management: Assist in the accurate entry and maintenance of databases and customer records.
- Hardware Support: Help with the setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of office hardware and peripherals.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team and management to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to company security protocols and assist in routine security checks.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Technical Interest: Basic understanding of computers, software applications, and operating systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City office.
