Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring system performance and troubleshooting basic technical issues during off-peak hours.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate digital records for the night shift team.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Participate in nightly stand-ups and provide updates on ongoing projects.
- Support the quality assurance process by logging and analyzing daily performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a team environment.
