Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during off-peak hours.
- Assist the night operations team with data entry, verification, and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat and email for our night clientele.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure digital workspace.
- Collaborate with senior staff to optimize night-time workflows and processes.
- Conduct routine system checks and update documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior, Senior, or Graduate level).
- Availability to work nights (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of IT support or customer service is a plus.
