Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily operational reports and system logs during night shifts.
- Assist in the processing and verification of incoming shipments and inventory data.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve urgent issues.
- Update and maintain internal databases and documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing communications and data entries.
- Support the Night Supervisor with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- Available to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote or quiet office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of data entry and administrative procedures.
- Reliable transportation required (late night shifts).
