As a Summer Intern, you will work directly with our senior technical team, gaining hands-on experience in IT support, data analysis, and customer service operations. Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team with troubleshooting technical hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of daily operational logs and data entry tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external clients during peak evening hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Perform routine system checks and perform basic security protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in weekly intern shadowing sessions and technical training workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, IT, or Business preferred).
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic computer functions, operating systems, and internet applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
