Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams and clients via remote support channels
- Document system configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security protocols and updates
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system escalations
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies

Qualifications
