What You Will Do:
- Support the nightly maintenance and monitoring of our client-server infrastructure.
- Assist in resolving escalated technical support tickets and customer inquiries.
- Perform data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy in our reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot software bugs and deployment issues.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all night operations activities.
- Conduct routine security checks and system health diagnostics.
- Learn and apply best practices in cybersecurity and IT compliance.
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.
