Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot data processing systems during night operations.
- Assist in the accurate entry and verification of high-volume datasets.
- Provide evening technical support to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Generate and compile nightly performance reports and operational logs.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School or Associate’s degree program (Students welcome).
- Ability to commit to a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Sacramento office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
