Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during night operations.
- Assist senior engineers in maintaining and optimizing internal databases and software applications.
- Document nightly operations logs and report critical incidents to the day shift team.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly review meetings to align with project goals.
- Provide basic technical support to internal staff and resolve common software queries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts, SQL, or scripting languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
