Responsibilities
- Continuous Monitoring: Oversee system health, network traffic, and application performance during evening shifts using tools like Splunk and Grafana.
- Troubleshooting Support: Assist the technical support team in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues reported by clients.
- Data Integrity: Perform nightly data entry and verification tasks to ensure database accuracy and compliance.
- Log Management: Maintain detailed logs of system alerts, incidents, and resolutions to support after-action reviews.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in nightly workflows and propose actionable improvements to the operations team.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the night shift and day shift teams to ensure seamless project continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking fundamentals, and database concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and maintain focus during quiet hours.
