What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Monitor system health and alert systems during night shifts to ensure immediate response to potential outages.
- Perform routine software updates and patch management under supervision.
- Assist in the physical maintenance of server racks and data center equipment.
- Handle incoming IT support tickets and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Conduct data validation and ensure nightly reporting is accurate.
- Support the Quality Assurance team with load testing and logging.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift Schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
