Responsibilities
- Monitor & Support: Assist in the monitoring of network systems and software applications during evening hours to ensure seamless operations.
- Ticket Management: Log and troubleshoot technical support tickets submitted by internal teams, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
- Data Analysis: Process and analyze nightly data logs to identify trends or anomalies in system performance.
- Software Testing: Assist QA engineers in executing test scripts and documenting bugs for our software development lifecycle.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met, even during off-hours.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work 4-5 shifts per week, primarily between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network concepts.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic issues and think critically under pressure.
- Commitment: A reliable, self-starter attitude with a focus on learning and growth.
