Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain overnight data systems and servers to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform quality assurance checks and data entry for daily reports.
- Assist the senior night shift team with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving tickets.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify trends or anomalies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team via communication tools to ensure seamless handovers.
- Update documentation and technical manuals with relevant findings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid student ID or documentation verifying current enrollment status.
