Responsibilities
- Provide remote Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud platforms
- Document incident tickets and resolution steps using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with global IT teams during cross-continental handovers
- Participate in system monitoring and proactive maintenance tasks
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree (Sophomore/Junior preferred)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site support)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
