Responsibilities
- Support daily operations through data entry, document management, and administrative tasks
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis using digital tools
- Contribute to team projects with creative solutions and fresh perspectives
- Participate in weekly professional development workshops and training sessions
- Shadow department leads to understand business processes and workflows
- Help prepare client presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Engage in cross-functional team meetings to share insights and progress
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school or undergraduate program
- No prior professional experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments

- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis office
