Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and departmental projects under supervisor guidance
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions
- Support team members with research, data collection, and administrative tasks
- Shadow professionals to understand industry best practices and workflows
- Contribute to team meetings with fresh perspectives and ideas
- Complete assigned learning modules and skill-building exercises
- Document project progress and maintain organized work records
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university program
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite)
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during summer term
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Residency in Colorado Springs or surrounding area preferred
