Responsibilities
- Collaborate on cross-functional agile teams to develop software solutions
- Contribute to user experience research and testing initiatives
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for product optimization
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Document project progress and maintain technical wikis
- Shadow senior engineers to learn industry best practices
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (any major)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Available 20-30 hours/week for 10+ weeks
- Authorization to work in the US
- Interest in technology or business fields
