Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with daily project tasks and documentation
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and collaborative brainstorming sessions
- Support data analysis and reporting initiatives using Excel and Google Workspace
- Conduct market research and compile competitive intelligence reports
- Help organize and maintain digital asset libraries and project repositories
- Shadow departmental mentors to understand operational workflows
- Contribute to internal innovation challenges and hackathons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer term
