Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support business strategy.
- Learn and utilize various software tools and company systems.
- Attend team meetings and take detailed notes to ensure alignment on projects.
- Support the coordination of internal events and communications.
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, and answering phones.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, associate, bachelor’s, or graduate degree program.
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a professional environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus).
- Reliable transportation (if required for on-site work).
