Responsibilities
- Support Daily Operations: Assist the team with data entry, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions to understand core technologies, software tools, and company processes.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to prepare materials, reports, and documentation.
- Client Communication: Handle incoming inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Research: Conduct market research and compile data to help identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (any major).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Suite) and strong typing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including summer or fall start dates.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
