Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Monitor system performance and log technical issues for senior engineers.
- Conduct market research and prepare concise weekly reports.
- Participate in team meetings and shadow senior staff to learn best practices.
- Support the deployment of new software tools and hardware setups.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Undergraduate or Graduate).
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn new skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during summer/fall.
