Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Support customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct market research and compile basic reports.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure office areas are organized and maintained.
- Learn and apply company software and tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (or recent graduate).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during the summer.
