Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business development.
- Prepare and format data reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project clarity.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School program.
- Must be available to start in Summer 2024 or Fall 2024.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of motivation and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
