Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Support the social media team by creating engaging content and monitoring online engagement.
- Organize digital files, databases, and client contact information.
- Attend weekly team meetings and prepare brief summaries of action items.
- Learn and apply basic SEO and copywriting principles.
- Help coordinate and manage internal events and office logistics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work part-time during the summer months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and fast typing speed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Reliable transportation (office is downtown).
