Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with daily technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Learn and perform software installations, updates, and configuration on company devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand system architecture and workflows.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications
