Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Assist in creating compelling presentations and reports
- Participate in agile development sprints and stand-ups
- Collaborate on UX/UI design projects with senior designers
- Learn and apply data visualization techniques
- Document processes and maintain project wikis
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of data analysis or design tools (a plus)
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Availability for 15-20 hours/week during summer/fall term
