Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Support project coordination, scheduling, and meeting preparation.
- Conduct market research and compile analytical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
- Organize internal communications and assist in event planning.
- Learn and utilize our internal CRM and project management software.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications).
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during Summer/Fall.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior work experience necessary.
