Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and file management.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and basic research.
- Attend weekly team meetings and take detailed notes to track project progress.
- Learn and utilize internal software systems to manage client information.
- Prepare and organize presentation materials for internal reviews.
- Help coordinate company events and community outreach initiatives.
- Respond to general customer inquiries via email and phone with guidance from supervisors.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (High school graduates with relevant coursework are also considered).
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote tasks (if applicable).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
