Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile detailed reports for project planning.
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media content creation and scheduling.
- Attend internal team meetings and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assist with ongoing projects.
- Organize digital and physical files to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Monitor industry trends and provide briefings to the senior management team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Available to start between May and September 2024 (Summer/Fall).
- No prior professional experience required; training is provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
