Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with daily operational tasks and projects
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborative workshops
- Conduct research and compile data for departmental initiatives
- Shadow professionals to learn industry best practices
- Support event coordination and administrative duties
- Complete a capstone project showcasing your skills
- Attend weekly professional development sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Seeking college credit for internship completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to commit to 20-30 hours/week for 10-12 weeks
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
