Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily social media management and content scheduling.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Help maintain and update our internal databases and customer records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management review.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, associate, or bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis office.
