Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Team: Support the creation and scheduling of content across various social media platforms.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Administrative Support: Help manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of company summer events and webinars.
- Content Creation: Draft basic copy for newsletters, blog posts, and internal communications.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate cross-functionally with different departments.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School program.
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with little to no professional experience; passion and willingness to learn are key.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Time Management: Ability to balance academic responsibilities with a 20-30 hour work week.
- Local Presence: Must be available to work in our Los Angeles office.
