Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and research teams with data entry and basic market research.
- Support daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Help prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor social media channels and assist with content scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer support via email and phone when needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (June - August).
- Strong desire to learn and improve professional skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for local travel).
