Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data into organized reports using Microsoft Office.
- Support the HR department in scheduling interviews and preparing candidate packets.
- Manage internal communications and coordinate summer team events.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Learn basic SEO and content strategies under the guidance of senior staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to a professional setting.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred).
