About The Role:

Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Support content creation efforts, including drafting social media posts and assisting with basic graphic design.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and client databases.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Shadow senior team members to learn various aspects of digital strategy and client relations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior status preferred).
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, communications, or business administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Valid student ID and proof of enrollment required.
