Responsibilities
- Collaborate on real-world software development projects using Python and JavaScript
- Assist UX/UI designers with user research and prototype testing
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL and Tableau
- Document technical processes and create project wikis
- Shadow senior engineers during code reviews and deployment cycles
- Contribute to innovation hackathons and internal tech talks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (any major)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of computer fundamentals (no coding experience required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Available for 40 hours/week from June 1 - August 31
