Responsibilities
- Shadow senior professionals on daily operations and project workflows
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and collaborative projects
- Contribute to content creation for digital marketing campaigns
- Support event coordination and logistics for company initiatives
- Complete weekly training modules to develop technical and soft skills
- Document project progress and prepare weekly status reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
- Must be available for 20-30 hours per week during summer months
