Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the IT and administrative teams with essential daily tasks, ensuring smooth office workflows.
- Data Management: Help maintain and organize digital databases and records with high attention to detail.
- Technical Support: Gain exposure to troubleshooting software issues and assisting end-users with basic technical inquiries.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and compile reports to support ongoing company projects.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to specific summer projects, learning project management fundamentals along the way.
- Documentation: Update internal wikis and documentation to keep team knowledge current.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a High School or College degree program.
- Availability: Able to commit to a full-time summer schedule (40 hours/week).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using computers, email, and the internet.
