Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in daily operations and project execution
- Conduct market research and data analysis using industry-standard tools
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and social media content creation
- Participate in client meetings and professional development workshops
- Collaborate on community outreach initiatives for local Philadelphia businesses
- Document processes and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Shadow senior team members to learn best practices in your field
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
