Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support business decisions.
- Support the customer service department in responding to inquiries via email and phone.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to ongoing projects.
- Update internal databases and manage digital filing systems efficiently.
- Shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, vocational program, or undergraduate university.
- Availability to work full-time or part-time during the summer months (May–August).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Portland office.
