Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and IT departments with daily operational tasks and data management.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support project goals.
- Attend weekly team meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare summaries.
- Support the creation of digital content, including social media posts and blog drafts.
- Shadow senior staff members to learn industry-standard software and workflows.
- Help organize and maintain office documentation and digital filing systems.
- Participate in company training sessions and skill-building workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a major in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the summer session.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Valid student ID or proof of enrollment required.
