Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to ongoing projects.
- Manage and update internal databases and client communication logs.
- Shadow senior team members to learn industry best practices and organizational workflows.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh office.
