Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support business strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients via email and phone.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software and internal communication tools.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings if needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Austin office.
