Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile data for internal reports.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Coordinate summer event logistics and attendee communication.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Learn and utilize essential office software including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or a University program.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer months.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Word, Excel).
- Reliable transportation to the Wichita office.
- No previous professional experience required.
